Red Wings re-sign forwards Bertuzzi, Frk

The Detroit Red Wings announced Monday they have re-signed left winger Tyler Bertuzzi and right winger Martin Frk, preventing either from hitting restricted free agency on July 1.Bertuzzi’s deal is for two years and $2.8 million, while Frk signed for one year and $1.05 million, according to multiple reports.Bertuzzi, nephew of former Red Wing Todd Bertuzzi, posted a message on Instagram, writing, “Excited to be back with the @detroitredwings for another [two] years!”Excited to be back with the @detroitredwings for another ?? years #lgrw??????????A post shared by Tyler Bertuzzi (@bertuzzi17) on Jun 25, 2018 at 10:24am PDT
